Yes, though only for large jobs which still incur a callout fee, although this comes off the price if you decide to go ahead, service work is difficult to quote so generally the hourly rate applies.
With the price of water going up all the time and the fact it’s such a precious resource, we can’t afford any wastage. Call us and we can give you a written report on improving your system which will save water, the environment and money. We can also organize a regular maintenance callout plan.

Larger jobs may require more than one technician, in which case the above Standard Hourly rate will apply per additional technician. For example; Instead of a job taking 2 hours for 1 specialist, it may take 1 hour for 2 specialists – meaning the cost is the same – but the job is completed in half of the time!Please Note
We are based north of the river and thus do not service south of the river. Standard Conditions:
1. Please note ‘Standard call out rate’ applies per address attended.
2. Labour pricing does not include parts.
3. We are happy to provide an estimated price-range but cannot quote service work, a ‘Standard call out rate’ applies if attending address.
4. The warranty provided covers all parts and service supplied and installed by us, it does not cover any pre-existing reticulation, wiring or plumbing. Warranty excludes any damage caused by improper use or external causes – intentional or accidental.
5. Payment is due upon completion of work carried out, any costs incurred by Retic Doctor in recovering late payments will be passed on to the customer(s).
